Are you an experienced Compliance Auditor? Are you happy to travel extensively over the UK? If so, we would like to hear from you. We have had an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Auditor to join the team. The role will primarily be field based with occasional working from home and the office (Quinton, Birmingham) as part of the team.

This role will ideally suit someone who is located south of the Tees-Exe Line (Cambridge, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Essex, Suffolk, Home Counties) is flexible with their time and has experience travelling. Extensive travel in the UK with regular overnight stays is essential.

The main duties of the position will be:
Develop and conduct direct training programs for equipment users and implement improvement programs with underperforming suppliers
Support our retail Contract Delivery during busy periods and as cover for leave
Responsible for suppliers delivering agreed KPI performance levels
Working with the customer to develop and implement agreed strategies and projects
Carry out a compliance and audit function for suppliers nationally
Continually review service levels and priorities
Identify business development opportunities for shared gain potential with customer
Work closely with the customer to develop new business potential
Ensure agreed customer objectives are understood internally and implemented
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Previous experience working in a similar role, or in managing returnable transit equipment and supply chain processes is desirable,
Professional, reliable, flexible, hardworking and be prepared to 'hit the ground running.'
Excellent analytical and communication skills is a fundamental part of the role.
Confident, assertive with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to liaise with Customers and our Customer's Suppliers effectively
Efficient, organised with the ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
Great attention to detail and analytical skills
Proactive, organised, hardworking, self-motivated, and adaptable
Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel (Intermediate level) is essential
A full, clean driving license
