My client is looking for a�Compliance Audit and Training Manager on one of their Soft Services contracts in Yorkshire.

You will:

- Be responsible for compiling training plans and delivering skills�

- Ensure all staff are trained up to standard

- Make sure all auditable records are kept up to date

- Carry out internal audits�

- Implement company policies�

- Liaise with management regarding KPI tracking

- Deal with any client concerns

- Deliver toolbox talks

- Be flexible, proactive, have efficient time management, customer focused�
Qualifications/skills needed:

- IOSH/NEBOSH

- Degree or equivalent�

- Competent in Microsoft Office
