Compliance Associate

Barclay Simpson are currently recruiting for a Compliance Associate to join a growing special situations fund manager in the private markets space. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing business and work on exciting and complex deals from a compliance perspective. You will be reporting into a highly supportive and experienced General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and working on a breadth of exciting projects.
The role itself is broad in nature and you will be covering all aspects of compliance. You will be the go to person for monitoring and compliance advisory work. You will maintain excellent relationships with the front office and PMs and you will have your finger on the pulse of relevant regulatory changes that could impact the business.
You will come from another fund manager, asset manager or buyside compliance consulting firm. You will have broad, generalist compliance experience. The salary on offer is £55,000-£75,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits. Please send CVs and enquiries to #####
