Compliance and Operations Officer

SCHOOL COMPLIANCE AND OPERATIONS OFFICER

Our Independent Prep School client are seeking a Compliance and Operations Officer to join them on a permanent, part time basis from September 2024.

The Compliance and Operations Officer role will be to work 3 days a week, days to be agreed.�

Overseeing compliance and operations within the School, duties will include, but are not restricted to;

• Acting as an advisor on employment matters across the School


• Carry out, amend and advise upon risk assessments, policies and health and safety


• Overseeing contractors for maintaince and cleaning


• Elements of data management and GDPR compliance


• Organise inhouse training for staff


• Maintain personnel files

This role could potentially offer some hybrid working throughout School holidays and potentially week to week.

Experience for the Compliance and Operations Officer are as below;

• Previous experience working in a compliance and operations role


• Understanding of health and safety and HR legislation, including policies in relation to these


• Ability to write clear, concise reports and present these


• Understadning of data protection and related regulations
