Our client is an international law firm seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team in London. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone looking for a new compliance opportunity within a global law firm.
To apply for this role, you must have strong knowledge of KYC, attention to detail, and ethical standards, and be passionate and enthusiastic about compliance. Experience working with offshore clients would be a bonus.
Key responsibilities will include:
Responding to KYC queries
Evaluating existing clients to understand the nature of the business, ownership structure and risks
Obtaining information on beneficial ownership
Carrying out enhanced due diligence checks and escalating high-risk matters
Investigating negative news findings
Assessing and addressing KYC issues requiring escalation
Maintaining the list of PEPs
To be considered for this role you will need:
Experience working in a legal or equivalent environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
