The Compliance Analyst will support creating/reviewing documentation, reporting, developing compliance controls, and identifying risks in a system of record.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview and assess control changes needed due to EU regulations on NetApp business operations including the EU Digital Operational Resiliency Act, NIS2, and GDPRFacilitate control testing discussions (related to ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, CIS benchmarks, etc.) with leaders and communicate statusUtilize a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Tool to manage NetApp controls that align to industry standardsAssists the Sales department in the completion of customer questionnaires related the Risk and Compliance Program Manager’s line of businessCommunicates with other business units and peers to determine appropriately scope and test control statementsCollaborates with internal businessunits to provide evidence and/or information for internaland external auditsIdentifies, plans, tracks, and coordinates risk remediation according to internal risk frameworksMinimum Qualifications0-3 years of working experienceExperience or familiarity with various compliance and regulatory areas (e. g. GDPR, ISO: 27001, 27017, 27018)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to learn and understand technical control implementationPreferred QualificationsInformation security related training or certifications such as CISSP or CRISCExperience performing information security audits or risk assessmentsFamiliarity with security audit or risk management processesDid you know…Statistics show women apply to jobs only when they’re 100% qualified.
