Location: West Bromwich (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)
Salary: £55k - £60k + benefits

This is an unusually broad role. You’ll get to provide Compliance advice, guidance and support across a range of products, including savings, mortgages and insurance.

Managing a small team of 2, you’ll provide advice and guidance to the business on technical regulatory issues, ensuring the business achieves the highest standards of conduct and data protection regulatory compliance.
In addition, you’ll be responsible for providing horizon scanning summaries of regulatory changes, their impact and response recommendations. You’ll also assist with the ongoing development and maintenance of the Compliance, Data Protection and Financial Crime Risk Management Frameworks.
You’ll be experienced in a Compliance Advisory capacity within a retail Financial Services environment, with experience of mortgage and/or savings products . You’ll ideally have previous managerial experience, whether in a Compliance or Operational capacity. You’ll also possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
