Due to company expansion and the dedication to ensure we maintain our ISO, UKAS, City & Guilds, LCA and further accreditations, we are now looking for an experienced administrator to be a core support to our small, growing, compliance team.Your responsibilities: Deliver accurate administration support; creating tasks, managing database, producing reports, reviewing documents, and creating PowerPoint presentations Booking training courses, updating trackers, maintaining online training course records, and creating training certifications Managing sampling inbox, uploading documents, and communicating results to clients Document support across our audits, maintaining records, producing documents, and assisting department to maintain external industry accreditations Maintain records across our Integrated Management System, covering ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO17020, ISO27001, ISO45001, City & Guilds, the LCA and other accreditations / standards Provide administrative support to Audits Manage on and offboarding administration for employee compliance records Support the delivery of online and in person training courses Assist maintaining equipment within lockup
Your career experience: Previous administration experience, demonstrating high levels of attention to detail Prior experience managing records, databases and creating reports Experience managing internal or external customer relationships, demonstrating high standards of interpersonal skills across written and spoken communication Microsoft Office / Google Suite experience across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to learn new processes, procedures, and work systems Internal / external audit participation or similar experience would be beneficial Applicants must possess a full UK driving licence.Applicants must be able to provide evidence of their Right to Work in the UK.All roles at SMS require a DBS check; SMS Environmental will cover the cost of this if you do not already hold a valid DBS certificate.Why join us?SMS Environmental Ltd prides itself on its commitment to supporting our employees in their personal growth and wellbeing.
