The Compliance Administrator, at Move With Us (part of Simplify), works as part of the busy and friendly Property Sales Developer team. With training provided, you’ll be tasked with liaising with estate agents regarding vacant property conditions, managing the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) pipeline including responding to enquiries and highlighting urgent cases, and conducting ID and verification checks on clients and counterparties.
The role is fast paced and requires the individual to be able to multi task and prioritise. The successful applicant must be able to work well both individually and within a team setting to ensure workload is dealt with effectively.

REQUIREMENTS
And now for the nitty gritty:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be good with people, calm under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy, and target driven.
You will have a good general education and be proficient using computers to include intermediate Microsoft Office and experience working with spreadsheets and databases.
You will be a confident and professional communicator, whether that is in person, on the phone or via email, and able to self-motivate to juggle multiple tasks and transition between them depending on changing priorities.
