Much of what they do is aimed at alleviating fuel poverty and helping those who find themselves needing support in heating their homes efficiently. The client works with an extensive supply chain including many installers of renewable energy technologies, community interest companies providing localised support services, and other key partners.
Job DescriptionAs an successful Compliance Administrator you will: Assisting colleagues with on-going needs such as verifying documents, data entry and handling paperwork.Engaging with the training and development of the team and understanding any associated guidance material.Providing our external Installer network with feedback and guidance on compliance requirements.Ensure the company's policies comply with regulatory and ethical standardsEnsuring that all queries are dealt with efficiently.Assist with the implementation of effective compliance programsRevise procedures and reports periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issuesKeep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control The Successful Applicant A successful Compliance Administrator should have: Minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade C or above (or equivalent) - must include EnglishComputer literacyExperienced user of MS office including ExcelPrevious experience in administration or office environmentKnowledge of the energy efficiency and fuel poverty sectorGood knowledge of reporting procedures and record keepingAbility to manage and prioritise multiple tasksAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlines What's on Offer Benefits:A salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per annumExcellent benefits package25 days annual leave, plus additional 1 day per year of service up to 30 days, and bank holidaysFriendly and professional working environmentOpportunities for professional development in the professional services industryWe encourage all suitable Compliance Administrators looking for a new challenge to apply.
