Job DescriptionLead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their tax compliance and providing strategic advice.Actively engage in tax planning and advisory services to add value to client relationships.Maintain and develop knowledge of tax legislation and regulations.Guide and mentor junior team members in the tax department.Participate in business development activities to expand the company's client base.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.Ensure adherence to all compliance and regulatory guidelines in the tax field.Liaise with other departments to provide a comprehensive service to clients. The Successful Applicant A successful Mixed Tax Manager should have:A professional qualification in taxation or accountancy, or by experience.Proven expertise in managing a diverse client portfolio.Excellent knowledge of tax legislation and compliance procedures.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.An ability to mentor and develop junior team members.A strategic mindset and a proactive approach to tax planning and advisory services.
