Salary: £85-£100 per day (Dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 15:30pm
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to children, young people, and adults with high complex needs, severe autism, and medical & physical needs.
Assist with daily activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver individualized care plans.
Support educational and developmental goals in a classroom setting.
Utilize both personal and professional experience to enhance the quality of care provided.Requirements:

Experience supporting individuals with high complex needs in either a professional or personal capacity.
Transferable skills and a genuine interest in working within the special education sector.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one upon successful registration).
