We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs. Our client, a leading provider of complex care, is looking for a dedicated individual to support clients in living independently both at home and within their wider communities. This role covers the Lancashire area.
This Community Service Manager role offers a competitive salary of �45,000 to �50,000. You'll have the chance to work with a team that's been rated as 'Good' by the CQC, with some elements even considered 'Outstanding'. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to travel across Lancashire, making this role perfect for those who enjoy working in different environments.
Our client is a well-established complex care provider, committed to helping clients live independently at home and within their communities. They pride themselves on their high-quality services, with several sites rated as 'Good' and some with elements of 'Outstanding' by the CQC.
As a Community Service Manager, you will:
  • Manage complex care packages for clients with complex needs in the community.
  • Develop and implement management systems to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with care staff to develop and implement training programs to enhance service quality.
  • Analyse data and feedback to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure care plans are person-centred and meet the changing needs of our clients.
  • Act as a liaison between our organisation and regulatory bodies, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning within the team.
Package and Benefits:
As a Community Service Manager, you will receive:
  • An annual salary of �45,000 to �50,000.

The ideal Community Service Manager candidate will:
  • Have experience in a similar setting.
  • Possess excellent clinical skills in complex care, including peg feeds, ventilators, and tracheostomy management.
  • Have an extensive understanding of CQC regulations.
  • Be a car driver, as the role is community-based.
