Our client, an award-winning insurance provider is seeking a Complaints Officer with an immediate start. As a Complaints Officer, you will be responsible for effectively co-ordinating customer complaints and reporting processes within regulatory time lines.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in dealing with customer complaints and be familiar with working in an insurance or financial regulatory environment. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are essential, and insurance experience would be advantageous. You should possess effective questioning and listening skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Coordinate the identification, logging, acknowledgement, and response to all complaints received
  • Draught complaint responses to customers in line with regulatory expectations and internal Complaints handling policy
  • Conduct thorough investigations into complaints
  • Collate information for provision to regulatory bodies as necessary
  • Adhere to FCA Conduct Rules
