Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Complaints Officer to join their team. As a Complaints Officer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complaints from customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
