This is a full time position with the option of hybrid working after satisfactory completion of probation period

Responsibilities

* Thorough investigation and analysis of all complaints providing the customer with a fair and thorough response

* Resolution of complaints complying with regulatory deadlines and rules

* Liaison with the Financial Ombudsman Services in relation to escalated complaints

* Handling of complex inbound/outbound telephone calls

Requirements

* Previous Complaint Handling from within a FCA regulated environment

* High level of understanding of DISP, MCOB regulations

* Able to thrive under pressure with demanding workloads

* Experience of case management

* A passion for customer service and interacting with customers through different channels
