Our client is an international law firm considered to be one of the leading firms in the UK for Private Equity, they are now looking for a collaborative and analytical Compensation, Benefits & Wellness Specialist to join their growing team at their London offices on a permanent basis.The main responsibilities for the Compensation, Benefits & Wellness Specialist will be to devise and implement the benefits strategy for the London Office in conjunction with the firm’s benefits brokers & the HR Director. The key duties will include:Working closely with the payroll team to manage the monthly payroll and check the benefits provider reports.Conducting regular benchmarking exercises within the market ensuring that all salary and benefit offerings remain competitive within the market.Managing the implementation of new benefits and modifications to existing offerings.Managing the annual benefits renewal process.Working closely with the HR Director and Accounts Team to manage the annual benefits budget.Being the main point of contact for all pension and benefit related queries from the London office.Being responsible for updating and conducting the benefits induction for all new joiners to the London Office.Being an active member of the Wellbeing Committee ensuring that the benefits offering supports the London Office wellbeing strategy.The Compensation, Benefits & Wellness Specialist will have strong knowledge of compensation and benefits, the trends in the legal market and knowledge of integrated benefits systems. It is essential to possess strong organisational and project management skills. The right candidate will have good attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to assimilate large amounts of information along with being a strong communicator dealing with individuals at all levels.
