We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits specialist who has extensive knowledge of Global Compensation practice including Job evaluation, Short Term Incentive plans, Long Term Incentive plans, Deferred Awards and Earn Outs. Working with large data sets you will be responsible for the analysis and recommendations for compensation proposals for trading, other complex hires as well management of the benefits for the UK and other countries including Switzerland and Singapore. Working with large data sets you will be responsible for the analysis and recommendations for compensation proposals for trading, other complex hires as well management of the benefits for the UK and other countries including Switzerland and Singapore.What you will doAs a Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will analyse the labour market and prepare relevant information to support managers in making informed decisions regarding compensation and benefits. Providing methodological and expert guidance for all compensation and benefits processes, ensuring best practices and consistency across the Group (including STIP, LTIP, Buy outs and Earn outs). You will be responsible for Labour market research, as well as salary, compensation, and benefits reviews, providing insights for continuous improvement. In addition you will:Analyse labour market data and prepare necessary comparisons on remuneration elements, develop proposal for adjustments and improvements based on HR strategy and visionDevelop costs effect models and prepare analysis when planning changes in remuneration schemesContribute to employee cost planning by developing proposals for budget assumptions and cost planning methodologies for a more accurate and precise staff cost planAnalyse current benefit and motivation systems using calculations and feedback from managers and employees, continuously refining, and improving offerings. Research and provide benefit options and recommend changes to benefits offering based on employee needs/budget restraintsEstablish and maintain methodologies for policies related to performance management, ensuring consistent and effective evaluation processesWhat you will bringAs a Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will have previous relevant experience working in a Reward role with aknowledge of best practices. Your excellent communication and influencing skills along with strong knowledge of UK reward strategies with regards to Trading (STIP, LTIP, Shares, Buyout, Earn outs etc) is essential for success. You will have experience of;Advising and consulting on new remuneration policies including but not limited to Prop Trading RemunerationEvaluate job positions following the Group’s established methodology, ensuring accurate and fair compensation structures using Hay, Mercer, WTW, etcCollaborate with corporate consulting service providers, participating in tender negotiations, evaluating service offerings, and monitoring their ongoing developmentDevelop and implement benefit management policies based on market analysis, industry best practices, and strategic HRM approaches, ensuring a competitive offeringSAP or similar HRIS; proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reportingExcellent analytical skillsAbout Us Securing Energy for Europe – it’s a simple statement, with a bold ambition.
