Actively recruiting for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their HR Function Team on a 15 month Fixed Term Contract.
The successful applicant will be providing support and guidance on their Compensation & Benefits package processes to ensure that they remain competitive.

Day to Day Duties
As a Compensation & Benefits Manager you duties will involve:
Lead and manage a high performing Compensation & Benefits team
Adapt priorities and departmental plans to address resource and operational challenges
Support the HR Director in delivering the strategy for C & B for the business
Work with key stakeholders to understand needs and deliver a professional and commercially sound HR service
