The Compensation, Benefits and Payroll position is a newly created role offering an exciting opportunity to work closely with an inspirational visionary Head of HR whilst taking full responsibility for creating, implementing and leading a comprehensive compensation and benefits process ensuring that the business is in the best possible position to attract and retain the talent that is needed to deliver their operational commitments.

THE ROLE:
Working closely with the HD of HR and the Senior Leadership Team to define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that aligns with the company's strong people values and company goals.
