Do you have a passion for creating reward programs that attract top talent and fuel employee motivation? We are looking for a data driven Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead and design competitive compensation and benefits packages for our employees.
In this dynamic role, you'll be the driving force for our compensation and benefits strategy. You'll partner with key stakeholders to develop programs that not only attract the best and brightest, but also keep our amazing employees feeling valued and engaged.
What You'll Be Doing:
Strategic Compensation:Become a partner in shaping our compensation strategy. Ensure all programs align with our business goals and reward high performers, making Trustmarque the go-to destination for top talent in our industry.
Data-Driven Design:Lead the charge in designing, implementing, and managing all compensation programs. Leverage market data to ensure our packages are competitive and keep us ahead of the curve.
Job Architect:Evaluate and classify jobs to create a fair and consistent salary structure. Build a clear and accurate job grading system that simplifies the process for everyone.
Benefits:Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth operation and optimal service from our vendors. Analyse existing benefits and identify opportunities for improvement.
Performance Powerhouse:Work with HR and management to link compensation and benefits with performance management. Design incentive programs that drive employee motivation and productivity.
Communication Champion:Develop clear and engaging communication channels to educate employees and candidates about the full value of our reward programs. Lead the creation of a dedicated Compensation Sharepoint page to keep everyone informed.
What We're Looking For:
Knows Compensation Inside-Out:Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role is a must.
Tech Experience:Experience in the IT Services and Solutions sector, ideally in channel. Experience in a high-growth environment with a strong understanding of compensation and reward programs.
Data & Analytics Master:Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyse and interpret data are essential.
Excellent Communicator:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and present ideas persuasively.
Sales Environment:Knowledge of commission schemes and designing compensation plans suited to a high growth-high reward sales environment.
Payroll: Experience with HRIS/payroll platforms are a plus.
