HR Data Analyst (Compensation & Benefits)
Location: Newcastle
Salary : £30,000 per annum
Working Hours:
Mon-Fri, 9am 6pm (hybrid working - working from home, early finish Fridays)
Holidays:
21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 years service
Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate
HR Data Analyst
to join our growing and successful Team. The role will report to the HR Director, with the mission of analyse employee and candidate data to explain, predict and optimize Human Resources processes.
This is your chance to visibly impact on Verisures growth and the development of a best-in-class organization. The role will be based in London or Newcastle.
Main responsibilities
Support different business areas in
decision-making
through data.
Generate monthly reports based on
HR metrics , leveraging Workday and analysis and visualization tools.
Generate ad hoc queries and reports for the different areas, promoting automation and self-service.
Collaborate in the management of
HR Analytics projects
with suppliers.
Analyse, interpret, and merge HR data with business data: mean differences, correlations, regressions, clustering, etc.
Generate and/or audit the databases
for different HR processes: performance, engagement, etc.
Come up with
creative
and informed ways of tackling data issues by an understanding of the internal system/business process.
Exploit large-scale data
warehouses performing highly efficient SQL coding to extract data.
Examples of day-to-day tasks
Create dashboards
and reports using
PowerBI
at state-of-the-art to generate insights, communicate results and monitor KPIs regularly;
Extract people data
to perform analyses on topics as different as
talent management, recruiting, compensation, etc;
Proactively analyze data to answer key
questions for stakeholders , with an eye on what drives business performance;
Optimize
already created dashboards, increasing automation, and exploring more efficient ways to analyze data;
Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts that will make our
data evaluation
process more flexible and scalable;
Create compelling presentations
to explain data and analysis, tailored to various audiences, including c-suite executives;
Researching and
implement proactively
new analytics and data methodologies, driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trend, (e.g. predictive analytics).
Technical Skills
Degree in
Business Information Systems
or
Mathematics/ Statistics/ Physics/Economics
or
Engineering
or any other
hard science degrees ;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word and Power Point) and analysis and
visualization tools (PowerBI);
Knowledge of
programming languages
(e.g.: Python, R, etc.) oriented to statistical data analysis and visualization;
Previous experience
in Business Intelligence Environment;
Experience working with relational databases;
Fully proficient in English;
Experience in Cloud Platforms is a plus (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) is a plus;
Knowledge of advanced analytics and data mining is a plus;
Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or any related field is a plus.
