Dartmouth Partners are working with a leading global financial services organisation seeking an experienced cash compensation associate to join their team on a 12-month FTC.
Skills needed:
High attention to detail with strong data analysis skills.
Advanced skills in Excel.
Solid experience in compensation, preferably within Financial Services but will consider experience in a strong professional setting.
Able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines during the year-end compensation cycle.
A proactive and flexible attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative
