Job Description
An exciting contract opportunity has arisen with one of our most notable wealth management clients as they search for a Compensation Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. Joining a dynamic team of compensation experts, you will be integral to the BAU duties of the team but also a huge contributor to a large number of ongoing projects they are working on as they continue with heavy M&A activity.
Being a data-savvy candidate is key for this role, the client is looking for someone with an analytical mindset who can assist the team with the following;
Expertly compiling data for the annual salary survey.
Utilising any compensation data analysis and helping to interpret this in a digestible way for the senior leaders in the business.
Assisting in the creation of the annual pay review data model.
Contribute to the annual gender pay gap report with accurate data.
If you are confident in your ability to take hold of compensation data and have a knack for working with HRIS's, coupled with the experience of working in a large complex organisation where no two days are comparable (with often new projects being thrown in all the time!) then this contract could be a welcome challenge.
