SAUR UK has a proud and rich history of UK operations. Today our work is primarily in Glasgow where Saur operates the Wastewater Treatment Works in Dalmuir on behalf of Scottish Water, Scotland's national water and wastewater provider.

Company Director - Plant Director
, for

.
Responsibilities:
The safety of all SSG staff and the contractors working for SSG and the staff management and contribute to the recruitment, when needed.
Maintaining the Dalmuir plant compliance as per regulation, as well as ensure the compliances to all the contractual obligations.
Prepare the yearly budget, as well as the asset renewal plan associated, and it monitors on the day to day.
Managing the relationship with the clients ( Scotia as PFI and Scottish Water ) on the day to day and inform them on time about any plant disturbance or major work to be done.
Lead or at least participate to the contractual negotiations with the clients, while considering the Saur Rules
Report the key events and Kpi to the clients and the SAUR international executive team , at least one time per months.
Take any appropriate action to maintain the continuity of service required.
Prepare the transfer of the contract to Scottish Water in June 2026.
Comply with Scottish law.
Requirements:
Background: Environmental engineer or Wastewater engineer, or electrician engineer
Engineer level
Experience as Director of large wastewater plant
English fluent, French as bonus
Leadership, excellent relationship, Wastewater knowledge, contractual management
