Company commercial solicitor (Permanent)

Highly regarded real estate investment manager is looking for a Corporate / Funds Counsel on a long term mat cover contract commencing from May through to at least July 2025. Mayfair based, 4 days/week in the office required.
Reporting to the General Counsel with regular interaction with the executive team and Board, you will be an integral part of a small, busy legal team responsible for:
Fund related legal support including drafting relevant documentation, DD requests, assisting on fund raising activities and fund vehicle formation
Drafting and negotiating intra-group loan and third party facility agreements, engagement letters
General commercial contract drafting and review
Supporting the General Counsel on best practice governance and compliance matters
You will be 4+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained in private practice in a funds and/or corporate team ideally coupled with time spent in-house in a similar role. Head of Interim Legal Recruitment @ Marsden
