Company and Commercial Lawyer

A well-established firm in North Hampshire is looking to recruit a Company and Commercial lawyer to join their dynamic and friendly team. Providing legal services in the area for over 200 years, they have extremely loyal clients and strong network of referrals.

They have a full-service offering, operating from modern offices. The firm have acquired a wide variety of work from across the nation and the Southeast Region, offering excellent exposure to various cases and clients.

The Company and Commercial team handles a wide spectrum of business law matters.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ PQE;
• Have proven experience in company and commercial law;
• Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the regional commercial property market, its challenges and opportunities;
• Have the confidence and ability to communicate to a high standard;
• Have a strong work ethic and be prepared to work as an integral part of the team;
• Have a keen interest for developing and marketing the department and the firm.
