We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Student Intern Company Administrator to provide administrative support to our company. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of business administration and gain valuable work experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the company, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions and employee records.
Help with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Assist with the creation and distribution of company-wide communications and marketing materials.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a degree program at a University or FE College.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a part-time position, with approximately 8-10 hours per week, paid at £12/hour, depending on workload. The compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, and is ideal for students to fit around their timetable.
