Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation TrustAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a kind and experienced administrator to join our friendly and dedicated colleagues of the York child and adolescent community mental health team based at Orca house.York CAMHS team (Child and adolescent mental health service) provides services and delivers care to children and young people in the York area with both mental health and neurological difficulties.Orca house is located juts off Hull road in York and is just a short 10 minutes drive from York City Centre. Orca house benefits from free on-site parking, and is easily accessed by car, bus and bicycle.As a member of the team you will work in the team office, alongside medical secretaries to provide support to the clinical staff within the team.The office is an area of high activity, and no two days are the same. If you are looking for a new challenge, enjoy variety in your work and are looking to be part of a team striving to make a difference, we will welcome your application for this role.Main duties of the jobThis role is at the heart of the multi-disciplinary team and is a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations. As part of the administration team you will work closely with clinicians, to ensure that they have everything they need to provide the best possible care to our service users.We are looking for someone who feels comfortable multi-tasking in a busy environment and that can prioritise their workload and work to deadlines.
