Job Responsibilities:

Participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Job Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Previous experience in psychiatric nursing or community mental health nursing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously within a team-based environment.
Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing person-centered care in accordance with NHS values and standards.
