Contract *Please take advantage of our referral scheme that pays up to £250 for successful referrals (T's & C's apply)*Band 6 Community Psychiatric NurseWe are collaborating with a local NHS Trust who are seeking a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join their team in Kensington & Chelsea.Department: Community Mental Health Team for Older AdultsLocation: Community based Kensington & ChelseaRate of pay: £28 p/h (Negotiable depending on experience)Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours p/wkContract: 3 month initial contract with the view of extensionKey responsibilities:Manage a defined caseload of service users living in the community who have a range of complex mental health needs.Undertake holistic community assessments of service users referred to using Risk Assessment tools, Mental State examination, and integrated clinical notes system.Provide support and advice to users, carers, and other professionals on mental health issues relating to older people.Requirements:Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pinCommunity experience is essentialIf you are interested in this role, hit the apply button!
