Join the Community Mental Health Team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse, where you will provide high-quality care within the Community Mental Health Service.
You will work independently as part of an interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients. Manage a caseload, conduct complex assessments, adapt to various settings, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
Supervise junior staff, collaborate with other professionals for comprehensive care plans, and uphold confidentiality standards.
Operating hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule to meet service needs.
