Their efforts are focused on fostering mutually beneficial relationships and collaborations.In the role of Community Partnerships Manager at FACEIT, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust relationships with gaming communities.What you will do:Initiate and develop new partnerships with gaming communities, guiding their integration with FACEITMaintain and enhance long-term relationships with community leaders, offering ongoing support to ensure community success on our platformReinforce existing partnerships through ongoing, effective communicationContinuously assist community leaders to reach their full potentialCollaborate with other teams within FACEIT to ensure a holistic approach to community support and developmentScout and identify potential or thriving gaming communities within the gaming ecosystemRegularly track, manage, and report on key performance metrics and objectives to assess community project successHandle commercial and account management responsibilities with partner and affiliate creatorsAnalyze data to understand community needs and develop innovative strategies and ideasCollaborate with the Senior Manager in shaping and executing partnership strategies and objectivesOversee contract negotiations and agreements with partnersManage payment processes and financial dealings related to partnershipsWork closely with other departments to ensure seamless operational execution and complianceThis position will report to the Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships.Requirements:What you will need:3+ years of professional experience in gaming or esports, ideally within creator or community-related positionsFluency in English and RussianDeep understanding and enthusiasm for the esports ecosystemManagerial experience leading (small) teams, in either a project or reporting-line settingHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracyCreative approach and ability to foster collaborationStrong analytical and organizational skillsProficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)Capability to allocate time effectively across various projects with prioritizationPrevious experience as a FACEIT user or an organizerPrior experience directly working with gaming community leaders around a digital productStrong knowledge and understanding of either Counter-Strike and/or Overwatch 2 ecosystemsPrevious experience as a FACEIT user or an organizerWe lead the industry with numerous online and offline competitions, digital platforms as well as gaming lifestyle festivals.
