The post holder will report to the Board of Directors and is responsible for managing a number of facilities, community activities and groundsLeybourne Chase is a housing development of 733 homes set within stunning 140-acre grounds consisting of a variety of outdoor spaces, parks and formal walled garden. Leybourne Grange Management Community Interest Company (LGM CIC) is a not-for-profit organisation that runs two community facilities, gathers lease income from various lessors on site and arrange community events and volunteering opportunities.Title: Community Operations Manager (LGM CIC Leader)Working Pattern: Part Time (0.6 FTE)Contract Type: Permanent.Location: Leybourne, ME19In this role you will provide leadership and management across a well managed and diverse estate and the residing community. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the LGM CIC and work with the Board to ensure that the forward plan is developed in a sustainable way.The postholder will manage the estate budget, ensure new suppliers are sourced and onboarded appropriately, line manage two members of the team, and ensure good relations and a positive relationship with residents.They are looking for candidates with good experience working directly with residents in a community role, in either a work or voluntary capacity.
