An Occupational Therapist Team Manager with the passion and drive to manage our dynamic and forward-thinking teams across East and Central Lancashire. You will lead and contribute to a wide range of areas, including equipment and adaptations, assistive technologies, moving and handling and specialist seating.
The successful applicant will be an experienced Occupational Therapist, with 2 years of post-qualification experience and line management skills - with the ability to demonstrate leadership, delegation, and excellent communication skills along with the ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritising service demands.

As our Occupational Therapist Team Manager, you will bring extensive knowledge and experience in working within complex conditions, making clinical decisions and have the skills to help shape the integration of health and social care through our Specials Panel, improving the quality of life for our service users by focusing on prevention, promoting and supporting independence, and improving overall wellbeing.
We are looking for a leader with great communication skills and a supportive nature with experience of building relationships with other OT's, support officers, Health (NHS) colleagues, their teams & social workers plus partners with voluntary services.

Occupational Therapist applicants must be registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) to be appointed as An Occupational Therapist or have applied to register with HCPC.
