There are 2x positions: 1x Stone and 1x Lichfield
Main ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for someone to join our dynamic team as a Community Highway Technical Support Officer and become an integral part of our mission to revolutionise the local highway service experience.
As part of our innovative approach, you'll:
Analyse complex data
Create detailed project plans
Ensure tasks are completed smoothly and efficiently
Investigate and solve highway challenges
Provide insightful responses to inquiries
Empower elected members with invaluable advice and guidance

The Ideal CandidateYou will have:
a broad working knowledge of highway services and the associated legislation and regulations;
the ability to prepare technical reports and drawings, with a significant attention to detail;
the ability to manage a complex workload and respond flexibly to changing circumstances;
excellent relationship management and communication skills.
