Community Engagement and Outreach CoordinatorLocation: Coram’s Fields, Kings CrossHours: 35 hours per week Salary and Benefits: £32-33,000, Cycle to work scheme, training and development opportunities, discounted sport and hall hire, discounted childcare (holiday clubs), defined pension contribution scheme, free employee assistance programme (EAP)Contract: PermanentWe’re excited to announce that we are on the hunt for a new Community Engagement and Outreach Coordinator.We’re looking for a candidate with a strong local connection, or somebody with a good knowledge of Camden and particularly South Camden, the area in which Coram’s Fields is based. Existing relationships across the local community sector would be a distinct advantage. The ideal candidate will understand the considerable benefits that high quality partnerships can bring, both from a user engagement perspective, and in raising awareness and improving access to Coram’s Fields community services for all who need them. The role will also play a key part in providing targeted support for local families through our new partnership with Cadent Gas, enabling them to access additional financial wellbeing support. This will include working with teams across our services to deliver one to one, and group information, advice, and guidance sessions.To be successful, you’ll need to be an outstanding communicator, for whom building strong community connections and personal, trusting relationships will be a second nature.
