We have a fantastic opportunity for a Communications Officer to join our award-winning Communications and Marketing Team.
We are looking for a talented individual with the drive to constantly improve and innovate so that we can deliver exciting and engaging communications. We want someone who can think outside the box and push boundaries. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be creative and make a real difference in local government comms.
You will be delivering a wide range of communications and marketing from Instagram reels to engage with young people, flying drones to make engaging films to responding to media enquiries from national papers. The work will be exciting and varied with each day bringing new challenges that will keep you on your toes and provide you with an opportunity to try new approaches, explore new platforms and deliver brilliant work.
As part of the role, you will get the chance to use all the skills of a modern communicator including working with the media, delivering impactful campaigns and producing engaging social media content.
