Hybrid - preferred location would be in Oxfordshire or Wiltshire to attend the office 1 day per week, usually a Thursday.

About the Role:
Are you a proficient copywriter with a passion for communication and networking? Do you thrive in a remote working environment and enjoy contributing to a dynamic, globally-connected team? My client is looking for a Communications Assistant or Executive (dependent on experience) to join their Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you will help engage key audiences and generate qualified leads to support revenue targets through all different types of content and communications.
No two days will be the same, and you will develop skills and work across key areas of communications including comms, media, marketing and digital.
Experience and Skills needed for Communications Executive
This position would suit a recent graduate or a graduate with 12-18 months experience.
Previous content and copywriting experience is preferred along with a good grasp of SEO best practice and writing for a range of mediums including print and digital. Familiarity with creating social media content will help you hit the ground running as will a strong interest in working within the education sector.
Platform experience with Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and WordPress highly desirable.
Communications:
research on key topics within the international education market and compile research data.
an International education publication under the guidance of the Communications Specialist.
brand content, including white papers, website news, and community articles.
in researching and editing white papers
the Communications Specialist with proofreading, restructuring, and editing content for various departments.
in creating conference and event content, including presentation slides and script writing.
and optimise website articles using SEO guidelines.
Media Relations:
press releases and editorial content
and manage press networks
press requests and monitor media coverage
Marketing and Communications Activities:
media KPIs, including web traffic, user engagement, and media reach
design needs for press and communication purposes, including audio-visual content
to new ideas and workshops for multi-channel campaigns
support to the team as needed
