Responsibilities:Boost and support the Customer Team by:Usability testingQuantitative testing and qualitative testingCustomer testing Dealing with a diverse set of customers and ensuring customer understandingA/B testing with different Customer poolsBuilding Customer panels Running sessions with Customer panels Testing out wording, propositions, or written words Responsible changes for website, communications, and marketing campaignsQualifications and Skills:Proven experience of Communications and Marketing within Financial Services organisationsStrong Usability and Customer testing experience Experience of both Quantitative and Qualitative testing Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
