The Opportunity:
Would you like to work for one of London’s leading independent agencies? As Comms Planning Manager you will be leading Cross channel planning for a number of their established brands.
The Role:
client manager you will be working on one of the agency’s largest accounts, alongside two or three smaller accounts, with the support of a brilliant team. The role requires proven experience in media planning, as well as strong client handling skills.
an experienced Media Planner, you will understand how to diagnose client briefs, and to develop insights which lead to strategic recommendations for your clients.
will drive excellence in client service, ownong day-to-day client facing reports, in-campaign optimisation and post-campaign analysis.
ensure that the activation teams deliver brilliant plans that are on strategy and always be on the lookout for new opportunities that are in the best interest of the clients to deepen the relationships and increase client gross profit.
will interrogate client briefs and contribute research to support the planning process from briefing through to campaign evaluation (this may include competitor analysis/audience reporting) to significantly contribute to high-quality innovative and creative responses.
will manage the planning process with clients from briefing all the way through to campaign evaluation for consistency and future planning, establishing best practice through the planning process leading to greater innovation and creativity
About You:
will bring strong multi-media expertise, ideally with some experience of both brand and performance channels.
in multi-tasking across different clients and projects.
account management skills, establishing yourself as the day-to-day contact for your clients’ business and building a deep understanding of them so you and the team can deliver on our reputation of consistently exceeding client expectations.
have managed day to day client interactions and presented to senior client stakeholders.
developing and coaching junior team-members.
analytical skills/experience interrogating both soft and hard data to produce insights.
or Independent media-agency experience across channels (offline and online)
using UK media planning tools including but not limited to TGI/Touchpoints, Addynamix, Google Insight tools.
