Comms and Marketing Officer

Comms and Marketing Officer required!

Opus People Solutions on behalf of West Midlands Employers are looking for an experienced Comms and Marketing Officer to join their team on a part time basis with the opportunity to work flexible hours and hybrid working too.

As a Comms and Marketing Officer you will provide Comms and Marketing support across the organisation to teams, specifically on projects and bespoke pieces of work.

Main duties include:

• Supportfor Microsite development either for internal or client use (using WordPress or similar applications)
• Effective use of Social Media to reach audiences for WME and WMJobs.
• Using Google Analytics to measure effectiveness and provide management information to support marketing activity and direct traffic to WME campaigns
• Supporting the Senior Management in digital marketing, to promote activities and raise the profile of the organisation
• Supporting the Communications Strategy
• Creating marketing and communication materials for WME service portfolios, including writing newsletter articles, blogs, flyers, commissioning films and podcast and utilising social media
• Support for Resource and Talent Acquisition including the WMJobs board, candidate attraction
