Job DescriptionMission & Main Objectives: Reports to: Director of Quality and CommissioningAESC is currently seeking a Commissioning HVAC Manager for a significant Engineering-Procurement-Construction project. This project entails the development of groundbreaking production lines on a large scale, surpassing previous limitations. As our product portfolio expands with never-before-built lines, we aim to achieve cell production volume at an unprecedented scale. Our environment is fast-paced and highly exciting. Join us and contribute to this remarkable opportunity.Outline and Responsibilities:Prepare detail commissioning plans and procedure of his/hers area of assigned responsivities.Systemises project commodities, processes and identifies system boundaries for each.Updates drawings, systemisation, check sheets as changes are updated through revisions, tag changes, RFI’sRequests closure of punch items from Construction, 3rd Party ContractorAssures all punch listed items are completed and closed outAssures handover documentation to Manufacturing / Operations / FacilitiesMonitors construction activities in preparation to executing commissioning activities.Coordinates with appointed 3rd party contractors upcoming walk downs and completion of punch items prior to scheduled walk downs.Coordinates handover walk downs between all stakeholdersVerify with QA team the quality of contractors pre-commissioning activities.Support design reviews in their disciplinePerforms engineering design review of HVAC dry systems for high technology facilities including cleanrooms, general manufacturing/process facilities and institutional facilitiesCollect, coordinate and structure the Clean and Dry Room design requirements from the factory users, amongst all teams and engineering disciplines.Works closely with the project team and other disciplines as well as other design officesExperience and Qualifications Required:Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringHave at least 7 years of experience working for global leading companies in supervising and managing the construction of large industrial projects ($100m+ capex)Advanced knowledge and proven delivery on Engineering for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes3+ years working experience in clean room productionVery good knowledge in HVAC systems with focus on clean room technologyKnowledge of ISO14644Understanding of the potential implications of design changes/site instructions in relation to the key aspects identified above.Excellent written and verbal communication in English, and presentation skills are a mustAbility to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organisation with challenging timelines, budget and goalsBe capable of working in a close, multi-faceted team environment.Have an inquisitive and open attitude to exploring new ideas and willingness to continuously learnAbility to train and mentor colleagues on best practices for project management and execution
