As a Commissioning Care Home Manager, you will:
Drive occupancy by effectively marketing the home
Foster continuous improvement within your team
Build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
Ensure the delivery of person-centred care
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care and safety

The ideal Commissioning Care Home Manager will have:
Qualifications as a Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN)

Commissioning experience, although this is not essential
