Located in the Oxford area and due to open in the latter half of 2024, this brand-new luxury service not only offers an amazing commissioning opportunity but long-term career development, with the providers internal development programme.This role would be suitable for a strong Home Manager with relevant commissioning experience who is looking to join a leading provider in helping them open a brand new, luxury service, while looking for long-term career development opportunities.The CandidateThe ideal candidate must hold experience in commissioning and managing larger services, preferably residential and dementia, along with an expert eye for compliance, ensuring that the home goes onto to be fully compliant within the CQC framework.The candidate must be able to provide strong leadership to all staff during the commissioning process while maintaining close relationships thereafter to ensure the team are strong, unified and motivated to deliver high-quality care.In order to deliver care however, you must be able to drive occupancy, with a large focus on ensuring occupancy targets are while overseeing the service and staff.The client is looking for only the best talent in the sector to lead this exciting new project, which also offers long-term career progression.RequirementsCommissioning and Home Management in elderly residential and dementia settingsFirsthand experience in ensuring compliance in line with the CQCStrong leadership and communication skillsLocationThis home will be located in Wantage, Oxford.
