Location: Fully Remote
The Role:
Propose and implement a new sales commission scheme.
Propose and implement new bonus schemes – including scheme design, eligibility review and review of amounts.
Collaborate with high-level stakeholders to evaluate and refine existing reward programs and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Design, deliver and implement effective variable compensation systems (commissions and bonuses) to ensure adoption of best practices and alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and implement appropriate policies, procedures and systems and update them, as necessary.
Work closely with the finance team to manage commission/bonus delivery and modelling.
Design effective employee communications around compensation. B. Promote the total value packages available to them.
Ensure that benchmarks and market-related wage surveys are conducted regularly.
Manage the annual salary review cycle and submit salary changes to the payroll for timely processing.
Skills:
Previous experience as a compensation specialist/professional in a sales commission-based environment.
A strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and execute their ideas with confidence.
Experience in designing, implementing and managing variable reward systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess the effectiveness of reward systems.
Benchmarking experience.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and communicate with senior stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work quickly in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
