You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centred care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.The CandidateThe successful candidate must have experience as a Nursing Home/Commission Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' CQC reports. A strong commercial background within the private sector is essential.The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.The company are looking for the best talent in the sector and only want to hire people who are driven and determined to make a difference to people's lives.RequirementsRGNKnowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.Commercial background within the private sectorLocationThe home is based in Chichester - Hampshire and would be a suitable commute from Fareham, Havant, Waterlooville, Hayling island, Emsworth, Chichester, Selsey, West Witterings, Bognor, Yapton, FordSummaryMy client is seeking an RGN Nursing Home/Commission Manager, who has a track history of managing successful homes with a strong commercial background within the private sector In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £85,000 which is negotiable plus 40% bonus.
