Mon to Fri role

We're looking for a Commis Chef to join our fun and friendly team in the heart of King's Cross' newly regenerated estate in a beautiful flagship location. Kitchen team's current structure: Head Chef, Sous, CDP, Commis, KP. On a daily basis you'll be catering for 500 staff members within the head office of a global music company working on retail and hospitality. We're looking for a confident chef who's comfortable cooking for a crowd and with a passion for learning new skills

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commis to join our team 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef to take a next step in their culinary career and to be a part of a business where who are OBSESSED about food and developing talent.

  • Responsible for kitchen prep, mainly our busy salad bar
  • Creating new recipes to trial in the restaurant
  • Managing all health & safety practises for your section
  • Maintaining a clean workspace that contributes towards exemplary hygiene standards
  • Working together with a team of chefs to create beautiful food that keeps our loyal customers coming back for more
  • Responsible for learning and completing mandatory training courses

No qualifications required, we prioritise experience. Looking for a Commis with minumum 2 years' food handling experience, whether that be within restaurants, street food, hotels or contract catering
