My client is one of the largest independent surveying practices outside of London, with a well-established Property Management team based in Leeds. They are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Manager to manage all aspects of office, industrial & retail buildings across Yorkshire and the UK.
Duties:
* Managing your own portfolio of high profile commercial properties
* Managing third party contractors for planned and reactive building repairs and maintenance
* Being first point of contact and deal with any queries
* Attending regular property inspections
* Rent & service charge management
* Preparation of site / annual budgets
* Delivering high levels of customer service
* Organise and attend general meetings
* Keeping up to date with and implementing the latest legislation
* Active involvement and management of insurance renewals / claims
* Updating and supervising all matters of health and safety and compliance
* Visiting various commercial properties and delivering practical management
