Commercial Strategy and Insight Manager

Role Overview:
As the Commercial Strategy and Insight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in structuring, facilitating, and overseeing planning and performance management activities within the Commercial function. You will identify and optimise growth opportunities and revenue streams while leveraging broad insights to inform commercial strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Structure, facilitate, and oversee planning and performance management activities within the Commercial function.
Identify and optimise growth opportunities and revenue streams.
Leverage broad insights to inform commercial strategy and decision-making.
Collaborate closely with the Commercial senior management team.
Work in close alignment with other departments, including Commercial Finance and Data teams, responsible for Group-wide financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. Requirements:

Proven experience in a planning and performance management role, preferably within a commercial function.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage insights to drive strategy and decision-making.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Experience in identifying and optimising growth opportunities and revenue streams.
Familiarity with financial forecasting and predictive analytical processes. What Is on Offer:
